Saturday (April 18) offers the most favorable conditions — overcast but dry with only 16% precipitation chance and no rain in the forecast. Trails will still be muddy from the week's rainfall, so early starts are worthwhile to take advantage of firmer morning ground before foot traffic churns up the trail surface further.
