21-year-old female member of the Dartmouth Outing Club from Lebanon, NH · party of 2

Elyse George, age 21, injured her ankle while hiking the Gale River Trail in Bethlehem, NH with a companion on the evening of September 3, 2009. Fish and Game received a call for assistance at approximately 8:30 p.m. Conservation Officers and Pemigewasset Valley Search and Rescue volunteers carried her approximately 2 miles to the trailhead parking lot, concluding the rescue at 2 a.m.
