Richard Chateauneuf, age 64, of Tyngsboro, MA

On October 3, 2026, responders were called to West Rattlesnake Mountain in Holderness for a hiker found unconscious along the trail. Responders found the hiker about three-quarters of a mile from the trailhead receiving CPR from other hikers, but he could not be revived. His body was carried to the trailhead.
