54-year-old female cross-country skier from Watertown, MA

Jeanne Cleary, 54, of Watertown, MA, suffered a leg injury while skiing down the Zealand Trail approximately one mile from the trailhead on March 6, 2010, after spending the night at the Zealand Hut. Rescue personnel from Twin Mountain and Bethlehem Fire/Rescue and Pemigewasset Valley Search and Rescue volunteers carried her out. She was transported to Littleton Regional Hospital for treatment.
